2. FULL DISCLOSURE:
Almost every software platform and application contains some form of Artificial Intelligence in its system
3. PROCESSES:
We use a lot of mainstream software platforms to run our business on a daily basis and to monitor our processes. The AI implemented within these existing major software platforms run within their data privacy and security policies and does not usually create a security problem or share data outside of our subscription.
If we discover there is a security breach on that software that may potentially affect your data we will notify you as soon as we find out.
4. CREATIVE INPUT:
We use AI to complement our work and experience not to replace it. We use our knowledge, skills and experience to ensure that we add real value to the services we offer. Anything we create is done so by a real human before being presented to our clients, practitioners and the general public.
5. PRACTITIONERS PLATFORMS & APPLICATIONS:
Where practitioners use their own systems we rely on them knowing what AI systems run inside them. We are not responsible for checking the security or reliability of its output.
6. PRIVACY:
a. DATA PRIVACY:
We do not put your personal data into AI applications outside of the remit of anything listed within our policies. Personal data you share with us from your data subjects will only be handled in the platforms you authorise in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between us or as otherwise authorised in writing by you.
b. CONFIDENTIALITY:
We will not add your confidential information to any AI applications outside of our system unless it has been previously agreed in writing by you.
c. OVERALL:
We will not knowingly use AI in our business in a way that breaches our contractual obligations, data privacy policy or any data processing agreement issued to us.
